Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) (Fee for Service)


Gain Recognition for the Skills and Knowledge you already have.


RPL is the formal recognition of a person's current skills and knowledge, no matter how, when or where the learning occurred. This is a complex process as it requires time, research, varied evidence and comparative studies on the part of an assessor to ensure the appropriate evidence is submitted to inform the judgment.

Third Party Skills Assessments – Western Australia 


Obtain a Motor Vehicle Repairer’s Certificate. 

In Western Australia, motor mechanics MUST hold a Motor Vehicle Repairer’s Certificate to carry out any repair work on light and heavy motor vehicles. IAME conducts Third Party Skills Assessments to assist motor mechanics in obtaining a Motor Vehicle Repairer’s Certificate.
